Transaction Manager

Kerry Duffie began her Commercial Real Estate career working for several REITs in the Chicago area. She has experience working as an acquisition analyst advising institutional investors as well as performing portfolio analysis for Class A office buildings throughout the country. In 2005 Kerry stepped back from her career to focus on raising her family.

After a sixteen-year hiatus, Kerry was thrilled to join the Trevey Team as Transaction Manager in the spring of 2021. Kerry’s favorite part of working in Commercial Real Estate has always been the relationships formed with clients and colleagues. Kerry has applied her excellent communication skills along with a breadth of knowledge of Commercial Real Estate experience to become a valuable part of the Trevey Team.

Kerry and her family have been living in Douglas County, enjoying all that Colorado has to offer since 2010. When she’s not working, Kerry enjoys playing tennis, hiking, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
