Associate Broker

Dane Horan is an Associate Broker with Trevey Commercial Real Estate, specializing in retail development, land brokerage, and mixed-use opportunities across Colorado.  He represents Sellers, Landlords, Buyers, and Tenants, with a focus on land sales, pad site development, and ground leases.  A Communications graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Dane brings strong negotiation skills and a relationship-driven approach to every transaction.  As an FAA–licensed drone pilot, he also has the skill set to enhance property marketing through advanced aerial visuals and site analysis.
