Nick Nickerson – A seasoned veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Nick Nickerson has earned the title as the “go-to-broker” for clients requiring either leasing or investment property services.

Nick joined Trevey Commercial Real Estate in 2013. Prior to this, he lived in Georgia where he built, managed, and sold a full-service carwash. The sale of the carwash provided him with the opportunity to purchase a 63,000 SF multi-tenant retail property in Colorado which he owns and manages to this day. Consequently, Nick is one of the few brokers who has the unique understanding of the CRE process that can only be gained by someone who has been through it themselves – something which has proven invaluable to his clients.

His path towards becoming a broker was a unique one, Nick was a political science student who had worked for numerous campaigns but after meeting family friends in the industry he enrolled himself in a pre-licensing course, upon completion of the course it became a dream of his to become a commercial broker. Under the Trevey team, Nick is working towards a complete education of the industry. Rick has an extensive real estate and business background including the ownership and successful sale of a Coors Distributorship in Montana. He was the President of Innovative Products and Peripherals (a barcode company successfully sold to a New York company in 1995), and is the co-founder and serves on the Board of Directors for ExtenData, a mobile conductor company located in Centennial, Colorado.

“At the early part of this year, we had contacted Trevey Commercial regarding lease space for our new business startup. Having no prior experience in commercial real estate, I scarcely knew how to proceed. I had spoken to other commercial agents prior to contacting Justin and Patrick, only to receive very little guidance and unreturned phone calls.
