Nick joined Trevey Commercial Real Estate in 2013. Prior to this, he lived in Georgia where he built, managed, and sold a full-service carwash. The sale of the carwash provided him with the opportunity to purchase a 63,000 SF multi-tenant retail property in Colorado which he owned and managed for 15+ years and then sold that property in 2022. Consequently, Nick is one of the few brokers who has the unique understanding of the CRE process that can only be gained by someone who has been through it themselves – something which has proven invaluable to his clients.
