Adam Gower is a commercial real estate investment specialist dedicated to assisting clients successfully acquire and sell their investment properties. With more than 19 years of experience and a strong institutional investment sales background, he brings a national perspective and depth of deal expertise that enables clients to navigate the complexities of the commercial real estate market with confidence.

Clients value Adam’s ability to deliver institutional-level precision paired with highly personalized service. Over his 15+ years in commercial brokerage, he has facilitated transactions exceeding $500 million in commercial real estate assets, advising a diverse range of investors including private investors, family offices, and institutional owners such as American Capital, CW Capital, The Blackstone Group, GE Capital, General Growth Properties, LNR Partners, Rialto Capital, KBS Realty, and Starwood Property Trust.

Prior to joining Trevey, Adam gained hands-on experience at a private equity investment firm and a single-family office, focusing on the acquisition and management of high-performing investment properties. Experience he now applies directly to advancing his clients’ investment goals.

Adam holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and Florida.
