Nick Steitz brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience to his role at Trevey Commercial Real Estate. Having spent his career with some of the industry’s top national firms, Nick has built a reputation for strategic insight, disciplined execution, and unwavering client commitment.

Historically focused on industrial real estate throughout the Denver Metro area – particularly the I-70 East and Northeast submarkets – Nick has broadened his expertise to include a diverse range of asset types as he transitions into the Southeast Denver market. His move to a smaller, high-performing brokerage allows him to combine national-level experience with a more hands-on, collaborative approach that delivers exceptional results. Nick approaches every assignment with a strong sense of urgency, clear communication, and a commitment to helping clients make informed decisions that enhance value, reduce cost, and manage risk.

Before his real estate career, Nick spent three seasons in the National Football League with the Washington Redskins and San Francisco 49ers, and one season in the Arena Football League with the Grand Rapids Rampage. A proud University of Oregon alumnus, he helped lead the Ducks to two Pac-10 Championships and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree.
