Land & Development Specialist

Rick White is a third generation Denver resident with strong ties to investment real estate property throughout the front range of Colorado. He grew up in Littleton, Colorado and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate. He has been a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker since 1972.

Rick has an extensive real estate and business background including the ownership and successful sale of a Coors Distributorship in Montana. He was the President of Innovative Products and Peripherals (a barcode company successfully sold to a New York company in 1995), and is the co-founder and serves on the Board of Directors for ExtenData, a mobile conductor company located in Centennial, Colorado.

In commercial real estate, Rick launched his own Limited Partnership investments in 1986, specializing in vacant land acquisition. Since that time, Rick has been either the managing partner or the managing Tenant-in- Common in transactions worth over $50 MM. Those transactions have included key intersections along the US 36 or I-25 corridors located in Broomfield, Westminster, Thornton, Parker, Denver and Ft Collins. He is well versed in property acquisition, sales, entitlement, and enhancements of property, including issues surrounding transportation, wet and dry utilities and metro district formation.

Rick also is blessed in being chosen by the Lord to serve in numerous ways. He serves as Co- Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agur Foundation (www.agurfoundation.org) which assists start up congregations in the acquisition and entitlement of facilities for their new church homes. Agur also has been a partner with International Cooperating Ministries, Open Door Ministries, Shining Stars Foundation, Project Cure, Multiplication Network, KLOVE-AirOne Foundation, and CASA. Rick also contributes time to the Ronald McDonald House in Aurora and to Outdoor Buddies, where he assists mobility impaired friends to hunt and fish.

Rick’s richest blessings lie in his faith and family. He and his wife Jane are both members of Grace Chapel in Englewood, CO. Their oldest son Daniel lives in Seattle where he is in middle management for Alaska Airlines and their youngest son Jason works as a designer for Never Summer; a snow board, ski and skate board manufacturer located in Denver, Colorado. Rick also enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing.
