Scott Trevey is a real estate broker in both Colorado and Arizona having helped investors underwrite, evaluate and acquire investment property since the 1990’s. Scott has owned and operated numerous multi-family investments across the Southwest over the last three decades, bringing real world experience to the table when working with investors. In 2006 Scott completed the courses and acquired the CCIM designation which provides heightened investment analysis for his clientele. If you ask him to describe his job, the answer is always the same: “To effectively manage client expectations and to support value.” Before a successful career in commercial real estate, Scott co-owned with his brother, a multi-million dollar gourmet food company that successfully operated in 17 states.

When he’s not matching properties to investors, you’ll find him on a boat deep sea fishing in Alaska, or maybe trolling the pelagic in the Sea of Cortez. Or you might find him at any number of racetracks around the country (or world) enjoying a good GT or Formula 1 race.
