Nick Nickerson is a seasoned veteran of the commercial real estate industry bringing years of experience working with clients requiring either leasing or investment property services.

Nick joined Trevey Commercial Real Estate in 2013.  Prior to this, he lived in Georgia where he built, managed, and sold a full-service carwash.  The sale of the carwash provided him with the opportunity to purchase a 63,000 SF multi-tenant retail property in Colorado which he owned and managed for 15+ years and then sold that property in 2022.  Consequently, Nick is one of the few brokers who has the unique understanding of the CRE process that can only be gained by someone who has been through it themselves – something which has proven invaluable to his clients.

Nick’s straightforward and down to earth style of business guarantees his clients a swift and decisive transaction.  Nick specializes in South Denver Metro leasing as well as investment property sales statewide. Nick has been involved with lease transactions as little as 300 sf and up to 25,000 sf and treats each and every transaction the same when working with clients. He has also been a part of multiple investment sales transactions that range up to $6M and enjoys working through the diligence process with clients and getting the transaction closed.

When he’s not in the office or out with clients, Nick spends time with his family enjoying all that our great state of Colorado has to offer!
