Heath Honbarrier joined Trevey Commercial Real Estate in 2021 and has since played a key role in transactions totaling over $44M in deal volume. Drawing on Trevey’s full-service platform, Heath delivers a wide range of commercial real estate services, including Seller and Landlord Representation, Buyer and Tenant Representation – with a focus on land sales, site selection, development, leasing, building sales and acquisitions, and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining the team, Heath succeeded in a 14-year career in the medical distribution/supply industry where he earned a reputation for taking care of his customer’s needs while serving as a trusted advisor to physicians and medical professionals.  Along the way, Heath was awarded numerous distinctions including Rookie of the Year, Rising Star, and President’s Club for a Fortune 10 company.

Heath’s proven track record from the medical industry is a welcome addition to the Trevey Team and will offer new perspectives to clients in the local commercial real estate market.

When Heath is not working on behalf of his clients, you can find him on the sidelines of his kids’ sporting events.  Heath is also an avid fly-fisherman and hunter who enjoys spending time outside in Colorado.  Heath lives in Parker, CO with his wife Erin, two sons, daughter, and miniature dachshund.
