Nick Beach joined Trevey Commercial Real Estate full-time as an Associate Broker after graduating from Colorado State University, where he previously interned with the firm. Since then, he has participated in transactions totaling over $74M in deal volume.
Nick provides valuable insight in helping Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants navigate all aspects of each unique commercial real estate transaction. He brings an adaptive and confident nature to the team that ensures that not only are our clients’ needs met – but they are also positively exceeded.
Key clients include CORE Electric Cooperative, Pacific North, NexGen, MedOne, WPIP Investments and Seventh Day Adventist to name a few.
Outside of the office Nick enjoys being outside, playing sports, and spending quality time with his family, friends and dogs!
