Trevey Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the sale of 2.00 acres located at 889 S. Elizabeth Street in Elizabeth, Colorado. The site sold for $1,000,000.00 on May 24, 2023.
The Seller, Kimberly Basler was represented by Nick Beach of Trevey Commercial Real Estate; and the Buyer, Turn 2 Development, LLC was represented by Heath Honbarrier of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
Together with their respective clients, Nick and Heath were able to take this redevelopment opportunity to a successful closing. The site is slated for a mixed-use, multi-tenant project, bringing much needed service to the surrounding residents of Elizabeth.
