KTC Audio Custom Wheels & Tires signed a direct, long-term lease, for this prime end-cap space previously occupied by Tuesday Morning.
The Landlord, locally owned Apex Capital Investments, Inc., was represented by Heath Honbarrier and Nick Beach of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
Heath and Nick were able to secure this new Lease during the closure of all sixteen (16) Tuesday Morning locations within Colorado. In February, Tuesday Morning filed for its second bankruptcy in three years; announcing they were going out of business, including this location.
KTC Audio Custom Wheels & Tires (ktcaudio.com) is expanding their service area to include this expansion into the Parker market; where they will be joining existing tenants on July 1, 2023.
