The Landlord, locally owned Blair Family Properties VI, LLC, was represented by David Marulli Tommy Daher of Trevey Commercial Real Estate in this lease transaction. The Tenant, Jackson Hewitt, was represented by Audrey Wilson and Tim Stewart of Colliers International.
Tenant – Farm Fresh, Inc. – has signed a long-term lease commencing December 1, 2024, for Unit 10437, totaling 800 SF. Farm Fresh, Inc. provides washing services of locally sourced farm fresh eggs to local restaurants.
