The Tenant, Colorado RV Roof, LLC, was represented by Heath Honbarrier of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
The Landlord, Snows Specialty Drilling, Inc. was represented by Brent Ham of NavPoint Real Estate Group.
Colorado RV Roof will be the exclusive distributor along the Colorado Front Range of FlexArmor sprayed RV Roofs. They plan to start servicing clients this Summer, 2023.
