- GLD, Corp signed a long-term lease for 1,346 SF commencing September 1, 2024. GLD Corp is a franchisee of Orthotic & Prosthetic Clinics of America, which is dedicated to meeting the Orthotic, Prosthetic, and Pedorthic needs of its patients.
- GLD was represented by Tanner Gillis of Unique Properties in this transaction.
- SASA Clinics (Front Range Snoring & Apnea Center) also signed a long-term lease for 1,202 SF commencing August 1, 2024. SASA Clinics will operate as a dental sleep medicine clinic, specializing in the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea.
