The Buyer, Pars Holding, LLC was represented by Austin Snedden with Marcus and Millichap, and the Seller, Redstone Bank, was represented by Mitch Trevey and Nick Beach of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
Pars Holding, LLC will be bringing a new Happy Tails veterinarian facility to the Pinery West development, while Redstone Bank will construct a new bank at the corner of Parker Road and N. Pinery Parkway.
