Nadcos USA, LLC and VS Motor, LLC signed an initial lease term of five (5) years will be joining the existing tenant in the building, Hardey’s MotorWerks on February 1, 2023. Nadcos USA and VS Motor, LLC will be operating as an auto repair shop at, bringing additional automotive services to the growing Parker market.
The Landlord, locally owned Andrus Family, LLC, was represented by David Marulli and Nick Nickerson of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
David and Nick were able to secure this new Lease prior to the existing Tenant vacating the space, resulting in zero down-time for the Landlord. Blair Industrial Park is now 100% leased.
