Tenant – HOTWORX signed a long-term lease commencing April 1, 2025. HOTWORX brings its innovative 24-hour infrared fitness studio concept to the Parker Market, offering members a unique workout experience that combines heat, infrared energy, and exercise for maximum results in less time.
The Tenant was represented by Amanda Lawrence of Morrow Hill with headquarters in Dallas, TX.
The Landlord – locally owned Aztec Ventures – 43rd Street, LLC was represented by Tommy Daher and Mitch Trevey of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
