Trevey Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce that our first tenants have signed long term retail leases in the newly constructed Senderos Retail Center located at 17124 Mainstreet, Parker, CO.

Senderos Retail Center is one of the newest retail projects to be built in Parker, CO.  Construction on this 5,761 SF modern, in-line retail building began in the Spring of 2022 with an estimated completion date in the Fall of 2023.

Legend’s Coffee was the first tenant to sign a long-term lease commencing July 1, 2023.  Legend’s Coffee is a specialty coffee shop.  Currently located in the southeast suburbs of Aurora, CO – Legends is expanding into the Parker, CO market.  Their mission is simple: “we use the most complex liquid consumed by humanity as a platform to love and serve our community.”

J Salon quickly followed suit by signing their own long-term lease commencing October 1, 2023.  J Salon is an independent, mother-daughter-owned salon established in 2017 who since has grown to a team of five hairstylists and one esthetician.  The salon specializes in hair care, hair color and hair extensions.  Other services include skin care, spray tan, waxing and eyelash services.

The Landlord, locally owned Pacific North Enterprises, LLC was represented by Nick Beach, David Marulli and Nick Nickerson of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.  Legend’s Coffee was represented by Jason Ruscio of Avant Group; and  J Salon was represented by Patrick McGlinchey and Justin Gregory of SRS Real Estate Partners.

Senderos Retail Center is currently 79% leased with one vacancy (1,220 SF) remaining.
