Trevey Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the representation for the purchase of the 25,802 SF medical / office building located at 8089 S. Lincoln St., Littleton, Colorado. The building, also known as Broadway Commons, was purchased for $6,100,000.00 on September 1, 2023.
The Buyer, Superior Dermatology was represented by David Marulli and Nick Beach of Trevey Commercial Real Estate. The Seller, MVP 8089 Lincoln Building, LLC was represented by Phil Yeddis of Unique Properties.
Trevey Commercial is also pleased to announce that they have retained the leasing assignment for this asset. Broadway Commons is currently 91% leased with two move-in ready suites available.
