Tenant – The Honey Dipped Injector – signed a long-term lease commencing August 1, 2023. The Honey Dipped Injector will bring their premier beauty and wellness services to Parker including botox, fillers, facials, lashes, waxing and more. All services are administered by full-time Nurses and a medical Esthetician on staff.
The Landlord, locally owned Blair Family Properties VI, LLC was represented by Nick Nickerson and David Marulli of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
Nick and David were able to secure this new Lease quickly, resulting in minimal down-time for the Landlord. Parker Plaza is now 100% leased.
