- Garrett & Associates CPA signed a long-term lease for 713 SF commencing August 1, 2024. Garrett & Associates will continue to provide their professional tax services out of this location.
- Garrett & Associates was represented by Tomy Daher of Trevey Commercial Real Estate in this transaction.
- The Town of Parker also signed a lease for 4,623 SF commencing August 1, 2024. This location will provide The Town of Parker with much needed short-term rental space.
