Allstate Insurance has signed a long-term lease for this prime location, further strengthening their presence in the Parker community.
The landlord, Robelle, Inc., was represented by Tommy Daher and David Marulli of Trevey Commercial Real Estate in this transaction. The tenant, Allstate Insurance, was represented by Jay Soneff of Jamis Companies.
