Trevey Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the lease of 800 sf of prime in-line retail space in the Parker Crossroads shopping center located at 10841 S. Crossroads Dr., Parker, CO.
Volo’s Beauty Salon & Boutique LLC signed a direct, long-term lease, for the remaining vacancy. Volo will bring a high-end hair salon to the project. Parker Crossroads is now 100% leased.
The Landlord, locally owned Oak Realty Partners, Inc., was represented by Nick Nickerson of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
