Golden Spur Feed & Supply, LLC will occupy the property, replacing Jill’s Feed and continuing the long-standing tradition of serving the Elizabeth community with feed, pet supplies, and related products. The property’s location along Tabor Street provides convenient access for residents and surrounding rural communities throughout the Elizabeth area.
Nick Beach and Mitch Trevey of Trevey Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, Jill Walkinshaw, in the transaction. The tenant was not represented by a brokerage.
