Trevey Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 1.25-acre commercial land parcel located at 10570 Twenty Mile Road, Parker, Colorado 80134. The property closed on January 12, 2026, for $685,000.
The buyer, Frederick C. McCarthy, was represented by Nick Beach and Tommy Daher of Trevey Commercial Real Estate. The seller, Twentymile Commercial, was self-represented by Sreenath Rayalla. The new owner plans to develop a multi-tenant commercial retail building on the site.
