Trevey Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce two new, long-term lease transactions with Splash Fiber, LLC.
Splash Fiber is a veteran-owned fiber optic service company specializing in aerial and underground cable placement, fiber splicing and testing, and network audits.
Nick Nickerson of Trevey Commercial was tasked with identifying two new locations to facilitate the growing needs of our client:
- The first lease totaling 5,000 sf of prime industrial space is in the North Denver submarket at 7501 York Street, Denver, CO. This location will service their warehouse / distribution needs.
The Landlord, locally owned The Sherman Agency, Inc., was represented by Josh Snyder of The Sherman Agency.
- The second lease totaling 5,479 sf of Class B office space is in the Southeast Denver submarket at 5600 S. Quebec Street, Greenwood Village, CO. This location will service their corporate headquarters / administration needs.
The Landlord, HRE Quebec, LLC, was represented by Victoria Blackstone of JLL.
