Relaxing CO Station, LLC has signed a long-term lease at this prime Parker location. Relaxing Station is a massage therapy business dedicated to relaxation and well-being, with existing locations in Boulder, Longmont, and Arvada, Colorado. Their services include foot massage, reflexology, and full-body massage.
In this transaction, the landlord, Blair Family Properties VI, LLC, was represented by Tommy Daher and David Marulli of Trevey Commercial Real Estate. The tenant, Relaxing CO Station, LLC, was represented by Matthew Watson of DePaul Real Estate Advisors.
