Trevey Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the successful sale of the Greg’s Auto Repair Building, a 9,104 SF freestanding commercial property situated on 0.777 acres at 10310 S. Dransfeldt Rd. in Parker, Colorado. The property sold for $3,300,000 on November 20, 2025.
The Seller, Bellagnu Land Holdings, LLC (formerly Greg’s Auto Repair), was represented by Mitch Trevey and Nick Beach of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
The Buyer, 10310 Dransfeldt LLC, was represented by Scott Churchley of Cresa. The new owner plans to lease the building to Crash Champions, currently operating a facility in the adjacent building.
