Trevey Commercial Real Estate Announces Sale of 2.83-Acre Parcel in Parker, Colorado
Trevey Commercial is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 2.83-acre commercial land parcel located at 11735 Disha Drive, Parker, CO 80134. The property closed on June 15, 2026, for $1,500,000.
The seller, Parker Homestead Investments, was represented by Mitch Trevey of Trevey Commercial Real Estate. The buyer, Pick N Tap, was not represented by a broker. Pick N Tap will begin construction soon on a new Pickle Ball concept to the Parker market.
