Trevey Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful lease of approximately 3,413 square feet of retail space with prominent Parker Road frontage at 10522 S. Parker Road in Parker, Colorado.
Rustic Butterfly Interiors, LLC, a Parker-based full-service home renovation and design-build company, has signed a long-term lease for the property and will be relocating from its current location on Progress Way. The new location, owned by SC Capital Partners, LLC, will provide Rustic Butterfly Interiors with increased visibility along one of Parker’s primary commercial corridors while allowing the company to remain in the community it has served for years.
Rustic Butterfly Interiors offers design, engineering, structural, materials and construction services all under one roof, providing homeowners with a comprehensive approach to their renovation projects.
Trevey Commercial Real Estate’s Nick Beach and David Marulli represented the landlord, SC Capital Partners, LLC, in the transaction. Rustic Butterfly Interiors negotiated the lease directly and was not represented by a brokerage.
