Trevey Commercial Real Estate Announces Sale of A Line Townhomes in Central Park
Trevey Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of six townhomes located at 8220 E. 36th Avenue, Building 3, Units 18–23, Denver, Colorado 80238. The townhomes, part of A Line Townhomes Central Park, closed on September 1, 2026, for $3,300,000.
The buyer, 8220 E. 36th Townhomes, LLC dba Central Park Townhomes, acquired the six-unit property as an investment and was represented by Nick Beach and Tommy Daher of Trevey Commercial Real Estate. The seller, Aline Townhomes LLC, was represented by Matt Berk of Marcus & Millichap.
The acquisition adds six townhome units within Central Park, a highly established residential community in northeast Denver with convenient access to major transportation routes, employment centers, retail amenities and the A Line commuter rail.
Trevey Commercial Real Estate extends its appreciation to Land Title for its role in facilitating a smooth and successful closing in Denver County.
