Trevey Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful lease of approximately 5,638 square feet of office space at 116 Inverness Drive East, Suite 360, Englewood, Colorado.
The new tenant, Tecobi, LLC, is an AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) and communications platform built specifically for automotive dealerships. The company helps dealerships improve lead engagement through automated text messaging, voice communications, lead management, and customer screening technologies.
Tommy Daher of Trevey Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, Tecobi, LLC, in the transaction. Dan Miller of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
