Trevey Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful long-term lease renewal of approximately 4,165 square feet at 9991 Twenty Mile Road in Parker, Colorado.
Griffin Fast Lube Companies, operating as Jiffy Lube, has renewed its lease and will continue serving the Parker community from its freestanding location on Twenty Mile Road. The renewal reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to the market and its long-standing presence in the area.
Trevey Commercial Real Estate’s Nick Beach and Tommy Daher represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant negotiated the lease directly and was not represented by a brokerage.
