Goods & Grace has signed a long-term lease and will bring an elevated shopping experience to corner of Jordan & Mainstreet in Parker, offering a thoughtfully curated selection of home décor, gifts, seasonal merchandise, and specialty items.
Trevey Commercial Real Estate’s Nick Beach and Heath Honbarrier represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant negotiated the lease directly and was not represented by a brokerage.
