Wild Pointe Ranch Marketplace welcomes Brakes Plus to Elizabeth!  The closing for the sale of Lot 2 totaling 1.25 AC for $690,510 occurred on January 6, 2023.

Brakes Plus will be located immediately adjacent to the newly constructed McDonalds west of Walmart with great visibility and frontage on State Highway 86.  The new location will consist of a beautiful 4950 SF building with great access and plentiful parking.   Brakes Plus joins other national and regional tenants in the Wild Pointe Ranch Marketplace including Walmart, Auto Zone, Murphy Express, Taco Bell, Anytime Fitness, Anna’s Car Wash and Ziggi’s Coffee.  Only two more prime locations next to McDonald’s and Brakes Plus with Highway 86 exposure remain for development in the exploding Elizabeth market.
