Tenant – Benchmark RMSS Partners, LLC (Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport) signed a long-term lease for Unit 107 commencing February 1, 2025.
The Tenant was represented by Tom Fidler of MacKenzie Retail, LLC.
The Landlord – locally owned DSSM Holdings, LLC was represented by David Marulli of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
