The Lifting Studio has signed a long-term lease for Unit 105, with occupancy beginning November 1, 2025. The Lifting Studio is a husband and wife owned gym focused on personalized training, nutrition, and community. “We help adults build strength, increase energy, and move pain free with expert coaching and customized programs.”
The tenant was represented by Brady Efting of Compass.
The landlord, locally owned DSSM Holdings, LLC, was represented by Tommy Daher and David Marulli of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
With this transaction, Lincoln Meadows Retail III is now fully leased.
