Trevey Commercial is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 0.94-acre multi-tenant retail and commercial land parcel located at 56541 E. Colfax Ave. & 1530 Wagner St., Strasburg, CO 80136. The property closed on February 27, 2026, for $1,150,000.
The seller, C. Michael Morgenson, was represented by Heath Honbarrier of Trevey Commercial Real Estate. The buyer, Jung and JB Investment, LLC was represented by Andrew Kim of APB Realty. Jung & JB Investment, LLC plans to continue operating the property as a multi-tenant retail location.
