Trevey Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 1.268-acre parcel located at the northeast corner of Costilla Street and Galena Street in Centennial, Colorado 80112. The property sold on September 24, 2026, for $550,000.
The seller, The Stephen A. Grove Revocable Trust, was represented by Mitch Trevey and Nick Beach of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
The buyer, Bannie Holdings, LLC dba Squid Squad, was represented by Parler Beasley of Henry Group. Squid Squad is a play-based survival swim program that teaches children ages six months and older independent water-safety skills through weekly, one-on-one lessons.
