Trevey Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the lease of 4,800 sf of prime retail space located in the Parker Crossroads shopping center located at 10841 S. Crossroads Dr., Parker, CO.
Edelweiss Automotive, LLC signed a direct, long-term lease, for this prime end-cap space previously occupied by Keller Automotive, who had been a tenant at the center for many years.
The Landlord, locally owned Oak Realty Partners, Inc., was represented by Nick Nickerson of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
The Tenant was represented by Phil Yeddis of Unique Properties.
Nick was able to secure this new lease prior to the existing tenant vacating the space, resulting in zero down-time for the Landlord. Parker Crossroads is now nearly 100% leased.
Edelweiss Automotive is excited at the opportunity to continue to provide automotive service to Parker and surrounding areas bringing 20+ years of experience with them; and will be joining existing tenants on July 1, 2023.
