The Seller, Spasco of Colorado, LLC was represented by Mitch Trevey and Nick Beach of Trevey Commercial Real Estate; and the Buyer, Castle Peak Real Estate Development Partners, LLC was represented by Seshu Velpuri of Homes of Rockies Realty, LLC.

Trevey Commercial was able to assist their client in taking this new development opportunity to a successful closing.  Located in one of the most desirable intersections at the SEC of Parker Road & Hess Road, Robinson Ranch represents one of the last remaining commercial / retail developments located on a key intersection along Parker Road.

The Buyer plans to develop the site into a multi-tenant retail center.  Tenants will join Brakes Plus, Advance Auto Parts, 7-Eleven, Takoda Tavern, The Veterinary Center of Parker, Hurts Donuts, Big Tool Box and more.

Trevey Commercial is also pleased to announce that they have retained the leasing assignment for this asset.  The “Robinson Ranch Retail” project will feature two new buildings with excellent visibility and access.  Building A will total 5,500 SF offering an approved 1,400 SF end-cap drive-thru space; and Building B will total 6,500 SF providing an additional 2,500 SF end-cap restaurant space with outdoor seating.
