Trevey Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the lease of 3,593 sf of retail / flex space located at 12870 Stroh Ranch Ct., known as Stroh Ranch Retail in Parker, CO.
Tenant – DenVentures, Inc., doing business as Wheat Ridge Cyclery, has signed a long-term lease for Suite 101, with occupancy beginning September 1, 2025. This new Parker location will expand Wheat Ridge Cyclery’s footprint, complementing its existing high-end bicycle shops in Wheat Ridge and Ken Caryl.
The Landlord – SRR Holdings, LLC was represented by David Marulli and Tommy Daher of Trevey Commercial Real Estate.
The Tenant was represented by Rich Otterstetter of Crosbie Real Estate Group.
